Licensed Israeli Tour Guide

I am an experienced tour guide for Jewish and Christian groups through the Land of the Bible. My studies and experience have led me to become an expert on Israel's three religions and on daily life in the 1st century CE and the Second Temple periods.

Born in Copenhagen, my family relocated to Israel when I was very young. I was raised in English, Hebrew and Danish and educated in Jerusalem, followed by service in the Israel Defense Forces in an elite paratroop unit, after which I completed graduate and post-graduate studies in the US. The son of a restoration expert then working at the Temple Mount, I was intrigued by Jerusalem's rich blend of colors and flavors and its truly magical, yet daunting spirit.

Today, as a licensed tour guide, I bring my passion for this land, its history and its people, to every guided experience. Fluent in English and Hebrew, I specialize in private tours for small groups (up to 20), family tours, Bar/Bat Mitzvah tours, VIP business visitors, and customized tours for individuals. Scheduling is tailored to suit individual needs and your sites of interest will be prominently featured in your Israel experience.

All private and customized tours include pick-up and return to your hotel or residence anywhere in Israel, and is included in the tour price. I hold a chauffeur's license and drive and guide the majority of my tours. All tours are in luxury SUVs, mini-vans or mini-buses.
